THE SPACE: This modern guesthouse has everything you need.

The kitchen has all the essential amenities and more room than you can imagine to make your meals away from home. Or choose any of the multitudes of restaurants that are within a couple of miles of the house.

The bedroom has a new queen mattress and an enormous closet to unfurl your suitcases.

Spacious bathroom stocked with towels, soaps, hairdryer.

GUEST ACCESS: Access to the Nook (back house) is through the easement/ alley from the main street.

The home on the front of the Nook is another Airbnb home. Both houses have separate fenced yards area and entrances. We do ask that you are considerate of the other guest's privacy and keep noise to an acceptable level.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Potential for noise:
While the Nook is conveniently located right off a central street there is potential for noise especially around 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

2. Television:
There is a T.V., but cable television is not available. You will although have access to a Roku (streaming online shows).

3. Parking:
Plenty of off-street parking available in a gated yard.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The home is right in central Tucson and walking distance from Reid Park with an exotic zoo, beautiful walking/biking paths, and championship golf courses. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and shopping.
