** Please be aware this is a 500 square foot condo. It has 3 beds which allows for it to sleep 6 people, however, please keep in mind that it is not a large space. We are happy to have 6 people stay but we do not want this to be a negative for people when they come, or something they are not aware of. Thank you! **

Located at the Sea Watch Resort which is a gated complex in the Arcadian Section of Myrtle Beach (near Kingston Plantation & Restaurant Row)! This unit is perfect for a family vacation or a winter getaway. With ONSITE: parking garage, restaurant, market, 2 indoor pools, 6 outdoor pools, lazy rivers, tiki bar and more, you really don’t ever need to leave! This true one bedroom and bath has been updated and is sure to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay during your visit to the Grand Strand. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra privacy for your kids or guests. This perfectly located complex is situated near Restaurant Row in Myrtle Beach. You are only a 1 minute drive to Tanger Shopping Outlets, 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants and only 10 Minute drive to Broadway at the Beach. Beautiful location, unit was satisfactory but could definitely use a new sofa and mattress. We found both very uncomfortable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

LOVE

We had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect! It was SO pretty, well decorated and everything we needed/wanted. The view was gorgeous, beds and pillows were comfy and the shower was nice and hot. The resort was nice. I loved the hot tubs and lazy river. It was a quick walk down the beach to other resorts’ beach bars, restaurants and a brewery. The owners are nice, no crazy chores before check out. It was a very relaxing and fun girls trip. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cute place - would definitely stay again

Perfect size for a couple with everything you could need. Pool amenities were great and access to the beach was easy. Great location and parking.

We are Arianna and Justin Brantley, owners of MJ Beach properties, LLC. We named our company after our son, Max Justin Brantley. We have been married for four years and have two small children. We love the beach so this was a natural investment for us. This is our first property and we hope to purchase more in our future. We hope you love our condo as much as we do.

We updated all of the furniture and decor in the condo when we purchased this property. We believe the beach is the main attraction but that people deserve to stay in a comfy , cozy, and clean environment. The kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled to give you a high end feel.
