A very cozy, quiet, and comfortable home with access to the North Platte River. Full kitchen and large living room, 3 bedrooms, this space also has laundry facilities available for our guests. Large yard and parking area. So if you are needing just one night, a couple days or business extended stay this place is for you. This home is located about 10 minutes from downtown Casper, Wy.

Access to house, large yard, no river bank access or fishing. Fishing is not allowed. Guest may not use garage. Motor home on property is occasionally available via VRBO and AirBNB, but not often.

Our neighborhood is situated in the county of Natrona, most properties have a small acreage lot. It is a unique with a country feel but just minutes from the city and downtown area as well as airport, college and area medical centers. This is quiet country living.

Getting around
Auto transportation is best for getting around, taxi, uber and bicycle rentals are also available; check area for availability.

Other things to note
Please respect my home. Quiet time 9pm, No shoes in the house, NO PETS, NO SMOKING IN ENTRYWAY OR INSIDE THE HOME, No rough housing or jumping on furniture/beds. Only paid guest stay, additional guests must have prior notification and payment, sneaking in additional guests is not permitted. Please remember this is my home, treat it with the utmost respect. Thank you.

On the job home away from home.

Our company had a three week long construction project in Casper. Being on the road for that many days, we wanted our guys to feel like they could relax after a long day. This "home away from home" fit the bill. It allowed our guys to cook meals and keep left overs, instead of eating out for every meal. It was nice to have some comforts of home while away on a job.
