Stay in Boca Grande

Property and host were perfect, great location steps from the beach & town. The host was wonderful, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

Excellent Fun

We love staying at Golden Beach we had several family groups in over a two week. Roger Chapin was excellent to work with and very helpful about not only things about the house but about Boca Grande and Boating we will definitely stay there again and highly recommend the location and the house which has many different living areas and a backyard pool very close to the beach and downtown

The best host, home and location!

Our stay in Roger’s home was amazing. We didn’t want to leave! Roger was very helpful with any question we had. Their home is in such a great spot, close to the town, restaurants, farmers market, beach, etc. We would highly recommend!

Amazing property and location!

Comfortable accommodations for our group of 4 couples. Everything we needed and then some! Multiple pots of coffee on the various decks every morning; privacy for each couple and so much to do and see all within a mile. Unanimous that our group will be back!
