Completely Renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condo - Amazing views of #1 Beach from Open Patio!!-Unit 94 | This completely renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located on the ninth floor of our Grande Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can to enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf’s warm waters. The unit’s living room and dining room areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a large 55", wall mounted flat screen TV with FIOS HD service for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service, with a blow up, queen size EZ bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This efficient galley style kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has all hard wood floors throughout unit. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy can enjoy the warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Palm Bay Club many many times. Have always been pleased and enjoyed out stays except this time. Unit 094 was located right across from the trash/laundry room which made it very noisy. The unit itself was cheaply furnished. The white curtains the living room area had huge brown stains on them. The knives were almost all rusted and the kitchen was stocked with very old unusable items. We stayed a month and it was definitely not worth the money we paid. I will say the partial view from our unit was decent enough and the security and property staff were all great as usual.

Wintertime Getaway

We stayed for a few nights during a Christmas-time vacation. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the space was just the right size for the two of us during our short stay. The location is close to the Village and easy access to the beach. Very secure and overall great stay!

perfect time for a Florida vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we could only stay 3 nights, but had to good beach days. Our last full day on the beach was just spectacular, not a cloud in the sky, no crowds, warm water and a gentile breeze. Looking forward to a longer stay next year

Our favorite spot!

We have stayed in unit 94 twice. Our first experience was so good, we decided to go again. Second time was just as great as the first! The condo was so clean. It is equipped with everything you need. The king bed is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. We will be returning!
