This two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just one mile from Bethany Beach. This home provides a fully stocked, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and both indoor and outdoor eating areas. Grill is located on the back porch. This is a perfect getaway for that long awaited retreat! The living area is equipped with a flat screen TV and a selection of movies. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and half bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom shared by the two bedrooms. Tastefully decorated home with a fresh modern feel. The owner provides beach chairs and beach toys.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Some wear and tear too visible on the house

Location is perfect, 1stChoice (property management company) communicated well before the rental, and accommodated a very late check-in. Minor aspects noticed: Some wear and tear is visible on the property, with little effort to hide: one broken blind, the welcome binder was broken, one of the blankets was stained (either rust or food/tomato?), a cool bottle opener not working. - The owner who seems to live nearby had his car parked in one of our two parking spaces, without checking with us whether we needed it or not. We happened to arrive in one car and were fine with only one spot, but we found the situation a bit weird. - The parking space under the house is a bit messy, including a few old tools and items randomly positioned. Overall, a good rental and we'd stay there again.

Great location

We loved our stay. The property was clean and spacious...perfect for our family of four. It's a great location also...tucked away just one mile from Bethany Beach and close to everything. We look forward to visiting again.

Literally perfect for a small family!

It is an ideal place for a relaxing stay at Bethany. The home is situated perfectly for a small family and the owner really goes the extra mile from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable and clean furniture, to the beachy furnishings. We really felt like we were at our very own beach house. Close to town and state park beaches in a cool little neighborhood. We will be back!
