Just 1/2 mile to the beach! A short walk or bike ride, this island inspired, house is relaxing, spacious and fun. Set on a large wooded lot, in a private cul-du-sac, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor shower, a large living room dining room combo, a separate enclosed Tiki bar room, and an large multi car driveway. House has central AC, washer/dryer, and ceramic tile floors throughout.. Dining room table seats 8-10, plenty of seating in living room, upgraded TVs in all bedrooms and the living room.

Out door shower. TV/cable in living room and each bedroom. Large patio and yard perfect for out door BBQ. Only blocks to the center of Bethany Beach and the boardwalk. Beach chairs, bikes included. Relaxing hammock and Adirondacks chairs in front yard are ideal for reading under the shade trees.

Spacious living near the beach
This home was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Meal preparation in the nice kitchen was a breeze, and the living area easily accommodated our group of seven. The walk to the downtown area was not easy on the shoulder of a busy road with a young child, so we did have to drive more than originally planned.

Great house for family beach trip
We had a great week at the Tiki house. The home is spacious and the bikes and beach chairs were a great bonus. House is well stocked and comfortable.

Best Vacation!
We had a wonderful stay for our family weekend and girls getaway. It was the best medicine, especially for a group of preschool teachers. It was a quick walk into town, the Bethany boardwalk and the beach. Although the house is a little dated, it was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The house was well stocked with beach supplies and bikes, and after a long relaxing day at then beach, coming back to the house and using the outdoor shower was a nice ending to a wonderful day. The neighborhood is quiet and very family friendly. The host could not have been more responsive and friendly. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful time!
This house is a happy house. My family really enjoyed our stay. The house is much larger than it appears and it was clean. I love the outdoor shower. There are plenty of beds and a yard for kids to enjoy. The owners are simply lovely people who will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Will return!!
