This fabulous condo at Westwinds is the ultimate beach vacation respite. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this luxury condo overlooks emerald waters and sandy white beaches. Westwinds offers a tropical seasonally heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool and snack bar, plus a fully equipped gym. A gated walkway takes you directly to the sugar white sand at Sandestin Resort beach.

Newly updated with relaxation in mind, our condo features comfortable living room seating including a sleeper sofa NEW IN 2020, and an HDTV-DVD player. The dining area offers seating at the dining table for four. Granite countertops and stainless appliances complete the fully stocked kitchen. The balcony, which overlooks the lush tropical pool area, is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Both bedrooms feature king beds, generous closet space, and HDTVs. The master bath is designed with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bath is complete with a bathtub/shower combination. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, and WIFI is complimentary.

Sandestin Resort is the premier destination on the Emerald Coast. You will enjoy sugar white beaches, 4 golf courses, 15 world class tennis courts, a full marina with water sports, catch and release fishing, swimming pools, a fitness center with full spa, and 11 miles of walking, jogging or bicycling trails. Location! Location! Location!

We love the Miramar Beach Sandestin location. The proximity to the golf courses , shopping , restaurants are perfect. We’ve been coming here for 3 years now. Westwinds is a beautiful property. The pool area with all the palm trees adds a very tropical feel in January/February when we stay. We will continue to come here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately it was not as expected. The living room furniture it broken down and not comfortable at all, the beds are very uncomfortable and extremely hard. The first night we had no air conditioning, when I called the property manager she assured me there was nothing wrong with it .. we had turned it on went to the pool came back and it was 80.. never came down .. she did call a repair man around 5:25 he did come around 8:25 it was indeed out it was water cooled and the lines were air blocked .. it was fixed when ask about compensation for no air .. she said there would be non and we could leave if we wanted to leave .. I do say she did let us in at around 3:00 with a temporary code before check in at 4:00. I would be very hesitant to rent from this company again and definitely not this unit until new furniture is in the unit .. West Winds amenities are the best and we go 2 times a year .. it is the best

The condo is in a very nice location and view of the golf is beautiful however I didn’t give it 4 stars due to living room furniture really needs cleaning better yet up dating so does guest bedroom and bathroom other than that it was a really nice place to stay
