Exactly what we were wanting

We traveled to KC to attend our daughter's Pharmacy school graduation over Mother's Day weekend. We had never rented a house before, so this was our first experience. The property was everything as described and it was perfect for us, our adult kids and our daughter's in-laws. It was nice to relax together and not be stuffed into random hotel rooms. We prepared our own meals in a well stocked kitchen (our own groceries). The neighborhood is quiet and dog walking was relaxing, instead of strained. Thank you for this experience. It is a weekend we won't forget.

Central Kansas City stay

Nice home in a beautiful and convenient location. Easy to get downtown and to the Plaza areas from here. And the neighborhood is very safe and has very cool historic houses all around.

Home worked well of us

With for bedrooms and the two bathrooms for everyone to shower and get ready for a family wedding the property worked out well. The venue was relatively close too.

Why they chose this property

We are in the heart of beautiful Hyde Park. This street is the most exclusive location in the area. Nineteen mansions built in the late 1800s surround us. Our street has A large grassy median and since it's a cul-de-sac most of the traffic here is made up of walkers and joggers. The backyard is fenced. There is a peaceful, confident vibe here with lots of big oak trees, plants, and a wide variety of birds. You will feel like you’re in the country while being close to everything the city has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Formally a private compound Janssen Place is full of lots of old large beautiful trees, birds and wildlife. Hyde Park residents are an eclectic mix of all cultures, age groups, and ethnicities.
