You will stay in a coaching inn dating from the XVII Century, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants that make up the city. Covering an area of ​​60 m2, this cottage has a large bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a comfortable lounge. You can also access the green patio and solarium offered by our building. Secure parking is available 350 meters from our house.

You will be housed in a post house dating from the seventeenth century completely renovated, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants in the city. You will have free access to the green patio and solarium offered by our building. Access to the patio is not direct from the apartment and is from outside. Guarded parking is at your disposal for free 350 meters from our house. Ideally located near Avignon, the Camargue (Arles), Nîmes and Cévennes, two airports and two TGV stations, Beaucaire has all the assets to spend pleasant holidays with family, friends or couples, while enjoying a variety of landscapes.

I fell in love with this building that I acquired in 2013. Sensitive to the old mansions and featuring a much too important area for my own needs, I decided to initiate a major renovation with the help and my friend complicity to allow people to also be able to enjoy this magical place. We also like to receive and are keen to make others share our love of this land which we were born. Magnet simply 'people' in the broad sense, I work in the field of social housing.

Le linge de lit et de toilette ne sont pas compris dans le montant de la location. Un supplément vous sera demandé si vous souhaitez que nous assurions leur fourniture. Nous vous adresserons un mail quelques jours avant votre arrivée pour savoir si vous souhaitez ou non ce supplément et son tarif. Le montant du supplément dépend du nombre de personnes et de la durée de votre séjour. La taxe touristique de séjour est de 0.75€ par personne et par jour. Vous devrez la régler à votre arrivée. Une caution de 300€ vous sera également demandée à votre arrivée (250€ qui vous seront restitués le jour de votre départ si aucun dégât n'a été causé à l'appartement pendant votre séjour et 50€ qui vous seront rendus le jour de votre départ si le ménage de l'appartement a été correctement effectué par vos soins). Entre octobre et avril, des frais de chauffage vous seront demandés (7€/ jour).

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental amount. A surcharge will be asked if you want us to ensure their provision. We will send you an email a few days before arrival to whether or not you want this supplement and its tariff. The amount of the supplement depends on the number of persons and duration of your stay. The tourist tourist tax is 0. 75 € per person per day. You will need to be paid upon arrival. A deposit of € 300 will also be required upon arrival (€ 250 which will be returned the day of departure if no damage was caused to the apartment during your stay and 50 € which will be made on the day of your departure if the apartment cleaning was properly done by you). Between October and April, a supplement for heating € 7 per day will be charged.

Un endroit ideal pour une visite du sud de la France.

A notre arrivee l''acceuil de Jean Francois et Philippe fut courtoise et amiable. A la fois discret et serviable, leurs suggestions nous a valu de voir de superbes endroits imprevus a notre horaire. Merci. De super hotes.

L'appartement d'une proprete impecable et tres confortable est a proximite d'une excellente boulangerie et de nombreux restaurants. Plus vaste qu'imaginee cet appartement c'est revele un havre de paix ou l'on se sent chez soi a la premiere nuit.

Beaucaire, ville charmante, est a proximite de grandes villes, tels qu'Arles, Tarascon, Nimes, Avignon et bien entendu La Camargue. Ce qui en fait l'endroit ideal pour visiter la Provence.

Je recommenderai l'endroit a mes meilleurs amis et espere y retourner bientot.

Good Place For a Family

We enjoyed our stay in Beaucaire in this lovely apartment. The down side of this is that whilst it has 2 bedrooms one of them doubles up as a TV room so we, a family of 4, ended up sharing the other bedroom - this was OK for us but had our children been much older it would not have worked. There is no direct access to the outside space which was a disappointment - the access was through the front door, down the stairs into the street and through some double doors into the courtyard - not conducive to the family eating in the courtyard. I think it would be so much better if the photos specified which gites they belong to so you can decide whether or not it will work for you before you arrive. We did have a good time and were impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality of the owners.

The apartment is big, comfortable and well equipped. Clean and quiet. It is worth its price. The only disadvantage is lack of airconditioning. Good contact with the hosts. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your opinion. Regarding your criticism about the lack of clilatimarisation, if you had not open your home in full day in the heat of the day when the heat is the most intense, you would have been much less hot. You will understand easily that if our homes were equipped with clilatisation it would have been indicated on our descritifs and especially you certainly would not benefit from the same rental rate. We find your level of requirement high compared to the modest amount that you have set to spend a week to four persons in high season and in the south of France for 472€.

Appartement trés propre et largement spacieux pour 4 personnes, bien lumineux et bien situé dans Beaucaire.

La déco est soft et moderne.

Les propriétaires sont trés accueillants et agréables.

Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion se présente.
