You will stay in a coaching inn dating from the XVII Century, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants that make up the city. Covering an area of ​​24 m2, this cottage has a living room consisting of a comfortable living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. You will be housed in a post house dating from the seventeenth century completely renovated, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants in the city. You will have free access to the green patio and solarium offered by our building. Access to the patio is not direct from the apartment and is from outside. Guarded parking is at your disposal for free 350 meters from our house. Ideally located near Avignon, the Camargue (Arles), Nîmes and Cévennes, two airports and two TGV stations, Beaucaire has all the assets to spend pleasant holidays with family, friends or couples, while enjoying a variety of landscapes.

I fell in love with this building that I acquired in 2013. Sensitive to the old mansions and featuring a much too important area for my own needs, I decided to initiate a major renovation with the help and my friend complicity to allow people to also be able to enjoy this magical place. We also like to receive and are keen to make others share our love of this land which we were born. Magnet simply 'people' in the broad sense, I work in the field of social housing.

Le linge de lit et de toilette ne sont pas compris dans le montant de la location. Un supplément vous sera demandé si vous souhaitez que nous assurions leur fourniture. Nous vous adresserons un mail quelques jours avant votre arrivée pour savoir si vous souhaitez ou non ce supplément et son tarif. Le montant du supplément dépend du nombre de personnes et de la durée de votre séjour. La taxe touristique de séjour est de 0.75€ par personne et par jour. Vous devrez la régler à votre arrivée. Une caution de 300€ vous sera également demandée à votre arrivée (250€ qui vous seront restitués le jour de votre départ si aucun dégât n'a été causé à l'appartement pendant votre séjour et 50€ qui vous seront rendus le jour de votre départ si le ménage de l'appartement a été correctement effectué par vos soins). Entre octobre et avril, des frais de chauffage vous seront demandés (5€/jour).

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental amount. A surcharge will be asked if you want us to ensure their provision. We will send you an email a few days before arrival to whether or not you want this supplement and its tariff. The amount of the supplement depends on the number of persons and duration of your stay. The tourist city tax is 0 € 75 per person per day. You will need to be paid upon arrival. A deposit of € 300 will also be required upon arrival (€ 250 which will be returned the day of departure if no damage was caused to the apartment during your stay and 50 € which will be made on the day of your departure if the apartment cleaning was properly done by you). Between October and April heating costs will be requested (5 € / day).

Lovely place to stay

We stayed in the smallest apartment and had a pleasant stay. It was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. The sofa bed is actually very comfortable and the kitchen comes fully equipped (even a Nespresso machine). Beautiful courtyard and roof terrace that you can use at any time. Also, the owners let us use their washing machine, which was great. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. Beaucaire is a charming little town conveniently located in between Avignon, Arles and Nimes. We highly recommend this place.

Nette kleine Unterkunft in Beaucaire, im Herzen des "Römerdreiecks" Arles, Nimes und Avignon / Orange. Gut ausgestattetes Studio mit einem Wohnküchen-Schlafraum. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ausgang zu einem begrünten Innenhof, sehr ruhig. Ideal für eine Städtetour zu den o.g. Städten oder der Pont du Gard. Nette Gastgeber, problemlose Kommunikation vor der Anreise. Problemloser Empfang, Verständigung auf Englisch möglich. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Bäcker 200 m. Sehr Empfehlenswert, auch guter Preis im Verhältnis zu den Hotels in der Umgebung.

Très bon séjour

Le gite Beauduc à Beaucaire est bien situé pour passer un séjour riche en découverte de la région: Nîmes; Avignon; les Baux de Provence; le Pont du Gard et la ville de Beaucaire sans oublier Tarascon et ses histoires.

Le gite est fonctionnel et très propre.Un patio magnifique vous invite à passer de bonnes soirées en toute décontraction.

Les propriétaires sont très sympas et discrets et n'hésitent pas à vous donner des conseils pour faire des visites. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter. Nathalie et Sébastien

Appartamento accogliente, moderno e bellissimo!!

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e accoglienti. Una zona strategica per raggiungere le città principali e le mete da visitare. L'appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito e funzionale. Il complesso è dotato di un giardino bellissimo dove passare ottime serate.
