Villa Coyaba has just 32 condos on its own private beach. The large pool has plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs with umbrellas and is heated in the cooler months. Enjoy the grilling area with patio seating overlooking the gulf.

Two underground parking spots per condo. The entrance to the underground parking garage is only 7'1" - please measure any large vehicles!
The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the facilities.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season and spring/fall breaks. Must be 25 or older to reserve, no chaperoned groups. Sleeps 10. Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service.
Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking facility. (There are 2 smoking outposts on the east and west side of the building)
Please review your charges before booking on line with VRBO as we are unable to refund their charges. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Everything was great. Only comment id offer is mattresses on beds need updated. Beautiful place just beds were dated and slept a bit hard.

Wonderful place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your Friend at the Beach is a wonderful place to rent through! We had wonderful customer service and it was slightly cheaper than booking through VRBO or AirBNB. The condo was the most well-stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in a so clean. The beds were so comfy and there is a lot of space for a large group. We loved being on the bottom floor and being able to walk out to the pool and beach. The beach was not crowded which is a huge plus. We will definitely use them again for our next beach trip!

Great property and location!

This condo was very nice, clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. It had almost every amenity we needed. My only complaints are that there was no air fryer (I use mine at home all the time) and the lock on the master bedroom door did not work. Neither of these things were a big deal considering we got to stare at the ocean for a week! I would definitely recommend this property. I didn't want to leave!!
