On the main level, there is a large, open living room with 25' vaulted ceilings. Windows are covering the entire wall and offer spectacular views of mountains and the Breckenridge ski area. There is a 55" TV with live channels provided by Comcast. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fridge with double doors and freezer drawer on the bottom. 12' long dining table is located in the corner between the kitchen and family room. This level also has a half bath accessible from the hallway. You will also find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full Jack and Jill bathroom on this floor. You can walk out on a large south-facing deck with a private hot tub, table, and BBQ.

On the upper floor, there are two owner's suites and a loft. They each are furnished with a king-size bed and sleeper sofa, TV, walking closet, soaking tub, separate shower, double sink vanity and both offer vaulted ceilings. We have 3rd sleeper sofa in the loft.

On the lower level, you will find another two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has a bunk bed. Each of them has its own bathrooms. In the game room, there is a sitting area with a TV, pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard. The sofa bed sleeps 2. There is also a little gym room.

All the bedrooms are spread out on all 3 levels to provide privacy. The Master Suite and Master Bedroom both have their own TV with live channels.

Free Internet throughout the house.

There is a garage for two cars and a few parking spots in front of the garage and in the driveway.

The house is located a short 7-minute drive to Main Street or the Gondola. It's a scenic drive with a few really nice opportunities to take pictures of the town of Breckenridge and the Ski Area along the way. If you prefer not to drive, there is a bus stop less than one block away. The bus is free and will take you to Main Street or all the way to the Gondola.

It's a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood, yet just minutes from the town. One of the best deals in Breckenridge. Everything you need for your next family gateway.

If you are visiting during summer, there are a couple of hiking trails right around the house. One trail leads all the way to town and the other to the top of Baldy Mountain. Both offer plenty of opportunities to take beautiful pictures.

Just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Free Bus is only steps from the door and will take you to the Gondola and Main Street.

- the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. No outdoor music or loud noise. Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am are strictly enforced with no exceptions.
