About this property

A peaceful, private apartment, with private entrance, located in the heart of Loveland. There’s 1 bedroom w/queen bed and walk in closet, 1 small efficient bathroom w/ walk in shower, a living area w/ smart TV to stream your music, movies etc, blu ray, large couch and eat at table w/ 3 barstools and usb/outlets, it can also be used as a work space. Kitchenette includes a single induction hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, sink, blender and coffee maker, frother, island for eating. There is a washer & dryer, costs is $5 per load. Enjoy lounging in the backyard or telling stories under the stars at the fire pit. The home is a stones throw to Lake Loveland, near Benson Sculpture Gardens and North Lake Park. Devils Backbone Nature trail is 5 minute drive. Downtown Loveland features restaurants, breweries, dine in movie theater, art gallery, boutiques and more, it is 1 mile from the house and very walkable. Neighboring towns include Fort Collins (CSU), Estes Park, Berthoud and Greeley. Enjoy breweries, hiking/nature trails and more. Rocky MT. National Park is about 40 minutes from the house.

Great Location

Beautiful "apartment". Felt like home. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Great hosts! Would return in a heartbeat.

Fall Colorado Stay

Host were very attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect to venture out anywhere along the front range, and even west of Boulder. Very nice to have a parking spot on the property. Will be a repeat visitor sometime in the future.

Sweetheart city inn

This is a good place to stay for 1-2 people. The host stays upstairs, but if you are out and about all day you don’t really need to interact. They are always available by phone if needed. The small kitchenette does the job for meals. The bed and couch are very soft, so not really any back support there. Besides that everything was nice.

Just like home

Annette and Cory are wonderful hosts. They really thought of everything one could possibly need when they're away from home. Conspicuously missing....clocks! What a nice change. All the little 'extras' were very much appreciated. Their vision of a VRBO shows how thoughtful a couple they are. I would recommend their home to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel.

We are world and domestic travelers and enjoy learning other cultures. We enjoy spending time with our adult children and our granddaughter. We spend our time hiking, traveling, gardening, attending music venues and festivals.

Why they chose this property

We are in a great neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Gardens, centrally located in Northern Colorado and have easy access to Hwy 34 that heads into Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. We are a 2 mile drive to Downtown Loveland, where there are several restaurants, breweries, movie theatre, boutiques, recreation center and art galleries. We are also a short drive to Fort Collins, CSU, Budweiser Event Center/The Ranch, Boulder, Greeley and Longmont. When we travel, we have things that are important to us.... safety, cleanliness and amenities, that is why we became hosts, so we could offer those things to our fellow travelers/guests.

We are centrally located on the front range of Northern Colorado and the gateway to Rocky Mt National Park.
We are 420 friendly, but if you smoke, you must indulge outside on the front porch or in the backyard
