60 m2 lovely summer house situated on 1,200 m2 nature ground with beautiful view over the Limfiord, both from the house and the ground. 2 rooms: (1 single bed + 2 bunkbed) on the 1st floor and 1 DB on the 2nd floor. Gallery with panorama view and garden furniture. Spacious terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and grill. High chair.

Kleines Ferienhaus am Limfjord

Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Sehr Naturnah. Wir haben sogar eine kleine Seerobbe in der Nähe direkt am Ufer gesehen. Wenig Menschen. Wer sich erholen möchte vom Stadtleben findet dort Ruhe. Das Häuschen, wie sollen wir es sagen, war nicht so sauber. Das Bad🙈 benötigt eine Grundreinigung.Das hat etwas gestört. Die Küche muss dringend auch grundgereinigt werden. Da waren keine Reinigungsfachkräfte beschäftigt worden. Schubladen, Gefrierfächer und die Abzugshaube🙈. Aber trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub dort. Abends bei Regen oben auf den Sesseln mit den Blick auf den Fjord...herrlich...

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, schön gelegen, leider in die Jahre gekommen

Zuerst das Positive - denn das überwiegt. Die Lage ist super und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Leider hat das Haus deutlichen Renovierungsbedarf. Schalter und Steckdosen waren defekt, Farbe blättert innen ab, Rollos und Fensterdichtungen sind fast alle defekt. Dazu kommt derzeit eine obligatorische Endreinigung. Wäre aber OK, wenn wir wenigstens ein sauberes Haus bei Ankunft vorgefunden hätten. Aber die Küche war schmutzig, Krümel und Reste von Vorbewohnern in den Schränken, klebrige Lakritzreste unter dem Bett, das Sofa im Wohzimmer ist voller Flecken und alle Schränke sind quasi voll mit Dingen, die Vorbewohner mal dagelassen haben. Dadurch hat man kaum Platz die eigene Kleidung unterzubringen. Alles in allem hat es uns aber trotzdem gefallen. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind super. In der Nähe sind einige tolle Orte wie Nyköbing (gute Restaurants), Nationalpark im Westen, Wanderstrecken im nahegelegenen Wald und einiges mehr. Die Nähe zum Fjord ist auch super. Morgens vor dem Haus in der Sonne zu sitzen und auf den Fjord zu schauen war sehr entspannend. Beim Stadtbummel haben wir gesehen, dass das Haus verkauft wird. Vielleicht findet es einen neuen Besitzer, der es mal wieder richtig renoviert. Dann sind auch 5 Sterne drin.
