This condo is located on the 3rd floor of the very popular and friendly Peninsula Condos just above the Hotel Zone in a secured, gated community at the end of a very quiet street. The last of the condos in Villa 2 were completed in early 2020 so there is no on-going construction in our building.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, plenty of closet and dresser space and an ensuite bathroom (including a full-size bathtub).
The second bedroom has a king-size bed, that can be converted into 2 single beds, plenty of closet and dresser space and a bathroom just outside the bedroom.

Both the main floor and roof-top terrace are equipped to eat outdoors or to just sit in one of the sitting areas and take in the sound of the birds while sipping on a glass of cabernet while watching the sun set over the mountains to the west. (Please note that the upstairs patio furniture is removed from mid-June - August 30 - limited furniture is available upon request)
The condo complex overlooks the Vidanta golf course and has a beautiful large pool and palapa which is surrounded by palm and fruit trees such as grapefruit, banana, mango and papaya.
