Raised ground floor (F3) of a seafront villa, 'feet in the water', direct access to the beach, in a quiet area, the main traffic lane being on the third line. Free parking at the back of the house.
Villa comprising a floor reserved for the owner, the ground floor being intended for rental (F3 of 60 m2 with free wifi, possibility of air conditioning with supplement). Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and small household appliances; 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90 bunk beds, beds fitted with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvets). The bed linen is provided. Air conditioning is at an additional cost. End of stay cleaning is not included.
Valras Plage is a family seaside resort located 20 km from BEZIERS, with a charming marina, a local market as well as a casino and wild beaches nearby. The surroundings and the region will give you the opportunity to discover classified monuments (BEZIERS, the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Tautavel, Sète, Agde etc ...) festivals and seasonal exhibitions (Feria, VALRAS or BEZIERS concerts). You will find many family attractions in the resort. Near the rental: mini-market, newsagent, hot spot, pizzas, restaurants, pharmacy, regional products etc ... open from May to October. The city center is 30 minutes' walk away with many shops open all year round.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Eine wunderschöne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung - einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Die Lage zum Strand ist kaum zu übertreffen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und können sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein ganz toller Urlaub !

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war von vorne bis hinten gelungen und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung ganz sicher wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen möchten! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Hier ist wirklich alles perfekt!

Wir konnten unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus genießen. Es ist wirklich perfekt und noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einmalig und wir haben das Frühstück, das Mittagessen und das Abendessen auf dieser wundervollen Terrasse mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Ausstattung! Die Küche bietet viele hochwertige Elektrogeräte und nahezu alles was man braucht, um selbst ein leckeres Essen zu zaubern. (Nur einen Weinkühler für den tollen Rosé der Besitzer und eine Krebszange haben wir vermisst;-) Ein Marktstand - der frische regionale Produkte (Obst, Gemüse, Baguette, Fleisch, Säfte etc...) anbietet, ist direkt an der Straßenecke. Wir haben das Auto kaum benötigt - außer für den Besuch im nahegelegenen Hafen, um dort frische Muscheln und Meeresfrüchte zu kaufen. Der Strand ist - wie überall an dieser Küste - feinsandig und flachabfallend und wird hier jeden Morgen gereinigt. Im Haus gibt es einen Sonnenschirm und Stühle für den Strand. Auch dies war ein besonderes Plus. Ausdrücklich zu erwähnen, ist die herzliche Vermieterin, die uns ein herrlich sauberes Haus übergeben hat, uns zwei Flaschen eines wirklich fantastischen Weins aus dem eigenen Weingut bei Ankunft bereitgestellt hat und uns tolle Tipps - besonders das kleine aber feine und vor allem authentische Restaurant fanden wir toll - gegeben hat. Auch die Verabschiedung bei unserer Rückreise ist besonders herzlich ausgefallen.

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Sehr tolles Häuschen direkt am Meer , gut ausgestattet , war für uns mit 3 Kindern perfekt. Freundliche Gastgeberin und unkomplizierte Abwicklung… gerne wieder.

Bester Urlaub

Frau Bru war sehr herzlich und bei jeder Frage zur Stelle. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, dass man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses an einem gepflegten und ruhigen Strandabschnitt mit unverbautem Blick aufs Mittelmeer ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Wir bedanken uns von Herzen für den netten Empfang und hoffen auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!
