Why Grégory Neff chose Turckheim
We are attached to the charm of our region and our village which is why we started this renovation project: we want to bring Alsace to the world. So why would you choose this rental? Simply because we renovated this house as if it was for us.house (2013-2014) that mixes authenticity with heritage and modernity, a typical place to spend pleasant holidays in Alsace. The village is located on the very beautiful Alsace Wine Route and at the gates of the Munster Valley that gives you the opportunity to reach the different summits of the Vosges. The house consists of 3 holiday cottages with separate entrance to sleep 2/6 people (you can rent the 3 holiday cottages for a capacity of 10 people on around 220 m²). You can see the pictures and details on our personal website. We are at your disposal if you have any other question. The Neff family.
What makes this Cottage unique
House with character adjacent to one of the historic entrances of the old town (historic monument), a fully renovated house for a maximum comfort and equipment and a central location to discover Alsace (vineyards, mountain and activities are nearby).

Perfect for the two of us.
This property was perfect for our holiday. The village of Turckheim was beautiful and we were brilliantly situated near a boulangerie and with perfect view of the evening visit of the nightwatchman. There was a great choice of places to eat within walking distance and so many beautiful towns, villages and great scenery to admire. Gregory was so helpful and the air conditioning was a godsend.
Charming, well equipped apartment
We spent two weeks in this comfortable, well equipped apartment. It’s position in Turckheim is ideal with lovely walks around the town and vineyards and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There are also two Boulangeries and a small supermarket within five minutes walk. It is also well placed for trips into the mountains or driving along the wine route. I would recommend spending a day at the Ecomuseum near Mulhouse, one of the best outdoor museums we have visited. We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful part of France.
Medieval charm in an Alsatian town
This wonderful gite is located within the medieval ramparts of Turckheim and has three different apartments. We made the one bedroom apartment “The Brand” our home for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment has all the modern amenities you could want while still retaining its medieval charm. Clean, cozy and perfectly sized for a couple, with a separate living area, bedroom, well-appointed kitchen and bath. Free and easy street parking is just a few steps away. Compared to most “tourist” towns, scenic Turckheim is very quiet, but still offers several restaurants, shops, and, most importantly, boulangeries within walking distance of the gite. And don’t miss the storks fishing in the adjacent river or an evening walk on the hill above town. Gregory was the perfect host, welcoming us with a bottle of Turckheim wine and fresh-baked pretzels. While our French is somewhat limited, Gregory had no problem answering any questions we posed, as he is quite fluent in English. A perfect place to stay while visiting the area.
Conveniently situated in the medieval town of Turckheim, the accommodation has been tastefully furnished and decorated whilst retaining its historic charm. It was spotlessly clean and well presented and the owners were very helpful and obliging. A perfect place to stay!
