The noun 'ethir' derives from old Sindarin and means 'mouth of a river'.

Punto San Fransisco - as locals call it - is situated on a rock that overviews Tamarindo beach on the right and has Langosta beach to your left. You have direct beach access in front of the villa to both playa Tamarindo and playa Langosta,which is the more upper end part of Tamarindo.

Fabulous

Located in beautiful Langosta in a gated community. Our hosts were warm, friendly and gracious. The Casita was perfect and the pool stunning. It is located 2 mins from both Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. Highly recommend.

A True Gem

The property is an amazing oasis and the host is absolutely wonderful providing us with many great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this special place and all of the host's restaurant recommendations that we tried were spot on. We hope to be back one day.

A wonderfully welcoming stay!!

We loved our trip to Tamarindo, Bert is the most welcoming host we have encountered during our trip to Costa Rica and went over and above to make sure we felt at home and had a wonderful time. We ate at several of Bert’s recommendation - trust the expert here!!! The location is absolutely perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but a perfect walk either down the road or along the most beautiful beach. It is SO close to the beach which is fantastic, and the property itself is pristine, modern and beautiful.
