Just over three miles from the express lifts at Heavenly Mountain Resort and four miles from the shores of Lake Tahoe, fun will always be close at hand. When the sun is shining you can hit the water with a jet ski or stand-up paddle board after playing a round of golf at the Bijou Municipal Golf Course.

This chalet-style home invites you in with a spacious open layout and a living room that allows the whole group to gather by the gas fireplace. With cable, a private washer/dryer, and a DVD player for movie nights, you'll have all the comforts of home while slipping into vacation mode.

Play a round of billiards or Ping-Pong after a quick workout in the private gym. Use the free WiFi to stream some tunes while you kick back on the balcony and take in your sweeping views. The full kitchen and gas grill will bring your culinary creation to life. During your stay, you'll also have a downstairs wet bar, a spacious deck for outdoor relaxing, and a jetted tub in the master bathroom.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
