Mare e Sole is located in the desirably gated community of Sunset Beach, on south of 30A. Nested between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, this house is steps away from great shops and restaurants. This 2-bedroom 3-bath home is a short walk to the private access of white sand beach and a heated pool. The nicely appointed courtyard will make it perfect to savor cocktails and appetizers while grilling.

Upon entering the house through the double French doors, you will appreciate the open floor plan and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. With a great granite counter and dining table that seats 6, it is a perfect place to entertain family and friends. A full-size bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen for the convenience of the guests. The second floor features a master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom. While the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin daybed with a trundle. Another full bathroom off the hallway with a travertine shower completes the setup. Pros- The location is great! Right between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Bike or walk to restaurants in the area. Cons- the place was dirty. Hair sand and dirt on the floors. Management came to inspect after requesting a vacuum. They swept with a broom and left some extra bath towels. Still turned our feet black if we went barefoot. The place could use a deep cleaning. We will stay in the area again but will try a different rental.

Great company, great owners

Michelle and her Paradise Properties Team addressed every issue, request and questions we had, in a timely manner. Checking in to make sure our arrival was smooth. If you are really lucky you may get Denise Binns as your contact person. She is a valued employee, a caring and considerate person, whom we found so enjoyable to work with. The owner has a fabulous kitchen to work in and for our 3 month stay we were able to cook like we were at home. The location of this sweet rental allows walking to both, Rosemary and Alys Beach. We’ve never been spoiled in a rental,with a gas fireplace, to take the chill off, on those few January nights. Proximity to the beach was minutes away. Many thanks to all who made our stay memorable . Lovers of 30A

This is a beautiful home and wonderful location to the ocean. The home was perfect for our family of three. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a clean, well decorated, easy home for their beach stay!

Mother/Daughter Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at Mare e Sole. It is the perfect place and very convenient to our favorite restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. We took bike rides every morning with the two bikes that were supplied with the unit. Very quiet gated community. Kitchen had all the supplies you would need. Perfect for a getaway. Already looking forward to next year.
