For the more active times, you can enjoy many walks through the mountain, swim or a paddle on Lake Tolla, a getaway to the beaches of the seaside resort of Porticcio, or simply enjoy meals with friends the shade of the pergola.
You will live in a large house high-end 320 m2 which all rooms open onto the beautiful infinity pool. With 5 bedrooms, including a large master suite, and 4 bathrooms, you can stay there for up to ten people.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped - American fridge with ice cube maker - with an open space in the large living room. This one is equipped with a large flat screen high quality with multimedia and Bluray player. The living room is decorated with comfortable sofas and a fire pit. You also have a laundry room with washing machine, dryer hang, ironing board and iron.

The young children are not forgotten, with a cage bed, bunk beds, a high chair, changing table and dishes suitable for children.

The terrace of 250 m2 with mountain views, being protected by the provision 'Californian' parts of the villa. It surrounds the pool of 50 m2, with depths ranging from 0.8 to 2.5 m. Sun loungers and outdoor armchairs accompany you in relaxation. A large fireplace grill and a large shaded outdoor table is available close to the kitchen.
