Heceta Beach House Watch whales , spectacular ocean view and amazing sunsets

This house is just a short walk to the beach. The upstairs has a fully equipped open kitchen and family dining area, connected to the TV room and second bathroom, and it is adjacent to the very large sun filled living room with huge windows and outside balcony to view the beautiful ocean, sunsets and whales during the migrating season. Our house is a tobacco free space, there is a smoking area outside in front of the house next to the BBQ. The 5 bedrooms, laundry room and one bathroom are on the entry level first floor. 3 bedrooms have queen size beds, one has a king size, and the 5th bedroom has a full-size bed and also a bunk bed. Fresh bed linens, towels, biodegradable laundry soap and body cleaning products are provided. We ask that if you bring your own personal soaps, shampoo and hair products that they are eco friendly. Our house uses a septic system and the wastewater leaches into the ground and gradually finds its way into the ocean. Our cleaning staff uses only non-toxic biodegradable cleaning products. We are earth conscious people and have a deep love for the ocean and sea life. There is premium cable on the large flat screen television, blue tooth stereo, high speed internet WIFI and also a land line telephone in case your cellular service in not available there. Driftwood Shores Resort is a relatively short walk down the beach which offers ocean view dining if you are not wanting to cook, downtown Bay Street, along the river, has many wonderful restaurants and taverns as well. A short drive from our place is Jerrys Bar, a funky fun place with pool tables and a jukebox and maybe the best hamburgers and pizzas around. There's Fred Meyer's close by that has a huge selection of food items, beer and wine and almost anything else you may ever need, or forgot to bring, to make your beach vacation a delightful and memorial experience.
These are small beach streets with very limited extra parking. Our house is on a dead end and there's little room to turn around. There is parking in the driveway for 3 cars. There is No RV or trailer parking available at the residence or on the street. The daily rental amount is for 6 guests, there is an additional charge of $20 per night, per extra guest.
