Charming family house of 150 m2 on 3 floors with private garden terrace of 30 m2 and possibility of covered parking. Very calm and sunny.
The house is comfortably equipped to accommodate 6 people (4 independent bedrooms). Located south of Paris, in a pleasant, family-friendly shopping district, close to many tourist sites and 15 minutes from the center of Paris.
On the ground floor, American kitchen and living room opening onto the garden.
On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The single beds are high.
On the 2nd floor, large living room with double exposure with large glass roof and grand piano.
In the 3rd, 4th bedroom (parental) with adjoining bathroom.

Overfyldt lejlighed

Stor hyggelig lejlighed med dejlig lille have og rigtig god beliggenhed. Dog var lejligheden overfyldt med private ting alle steder. Elektronik virkede fint, men køkken havde skimmel omkring vasken og gammel mad i køleskabet og skabe. Spiseboret var beskidt. Nogle af sengetøj og lagner var plettede. Generelt brug for kærlig hånd og shine op før det bliver en hel god oplevelse.

Fantastic Place!!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property on the last leg of our trip throughout France. We arrived in Paris the day of the World Cup and was able to witness the absolute joy Parisians had after the French World Cup victory. The wonderful sight of folks merrily dancing in the streets after the French World Cup victory will never be forgotten. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is steps away from the metro. Nearby there are all manner of eateries and shops, and we enjoyed picking up African, Asian and Indian dishes, bringing it back to the house to eat on the rear patio. We even found a wonderful vegan cafe not very far away. From the house we were able to walk to the Louvre, the catacombs and the Eiffel Tower. The house itself was comfortable, clean and bright, and the property owners were very pleasant. I honestly do not think we could have found a better place to stay in Paris, as staying here made you feel like less of a tourist and more like a local. We really look forward to staying here again when we are in Paris.

Felt Like Home

To celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary we took a trip to Paris. Six of us, all adults, stayed in this home for 5 days and nights. We felt very much at home here. And we appreciated the fact that even though it is centrally located (and just a block from the nearest Metro stop), it was very quiet in the house. Peaceful. It felt like a real French neighborhood (because it is!). Not at all touristy. Lots of small local shops selling French food, as well as Ethinic foods. We became 'addicted' to the almond pastries from a nearby patisserie! Delicious. As were the macaroons (try the Caramel ones!). There is a fully furnished kitchen that we used a lot to cook our own meals, or to enjoy the ethnic take out foods. The owners were very helpful, and available by phone during our stay when we had questions. Very nice people. We highly recommend this appartment for anyone who wants a full immersion Paris experience!

Très belle maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût (voir les photos) et idéalement située! Tous les commerces de la vie de tous les jours à deux pas! Le métro à 30 secondes à pied! Notre séjour avec 4 enfants s'est très bien passé! Nous n'avons manqué de rien!
