Finest accommodations

This was the most beautiful Vacation rental ever! The unit is a penthouse villa on a spectacular resort with the best amenities. The service couldn’t have been better, and Fernando is a responsive and accommodating host. The unit was spotless, and cleaned by a housekeeper every day. There is not one negative thing to say about Fernando’s place. We will definitely return.

Outstanding accommodations and service!

You know you are starting your vacation right when you are whisked away by your private concierge to check into the resort in the special "members only" private building. So many wonderful things to say about our 1 bedroom penthouse suite, the resort as a whole, the service from all of the staff, the over and above spirit our personal concierge served us with all week and let's not forget the gourmet inclusive food! First, the room is spacious enough for a family of 4. The sofa is a fold out sofa and they even brought us an extra single bed. With 2 teens, bed sharing can be difficult. There is an extra full bath upstairs, which came in very handy and allowed us to all get ready for dinner at the same time while not needing to be in each other's space. While there is a full kitchen, we chose to pay for the gourmet inclusive meals because, well honestly, who wants to cook on vacation! Then add to that the rooftop patio with beautiful views of the resort...and it's a slice of heaven. As if all of that isn't enough, the staff is truly there to help and please guests at every turn. The bartender near our building was amazing and remembered us every day and what drinks we liked. The pool near our building is more private than others around the resort which helps with relaxation. If you want more action, you are a quick walk or golf cart ride down to the beach pool. We would venture down almost every day, but almost always ended up back at "our" pool. Lastly, the owner of the property, Mr. Garcia checked in to make sure our suite was satisfactory and that our vacation was going well. I cannot say enough about his hospitality. He made us feel like lifelong friends. We will definitely stay at this property again. We visit this area annually and are so glad to have Mr. Garcia as a personal connection to this wonderful resort. I cannot recommend his 1 bedroom penthouse suite or this resort enough. I have stayed at other all-inclusive resorts and this one is truly my favorite!
