STUNNING VIEWS!!!!! Gorgeous sunsets in front & backyard! Private entrances from Master Bedroom, guest bedroom & dining room to expansive balcony with patio couch set to watch the view while you chill out and have a glass of wine or beer, cocktail(s)? Game room included with a bar, pool table, ping pong, darts, games, gas fireplace, flat screen Smart TV! The location is beautiful and quiet.

This house does not disappoint. It's best used for family gatherings, retreats, wedding parties, special events, healing from stress or trauma, soccer teams, business trips, traveling nurses, golfers, vacationers, big groups and more. You will love the feel of this home! The views are spectacular and romantic!!! So come on over and stay for a while. Best when used for a week or longer but we accept short stays minimum of 2 days. If you have a larger party, you can book the lower unit with main house if available for a separate fee.

This is a great place to gather. Big great room and game room in garage. Nice bathrooms and large deck. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

I love Prescott Valley AZ. It has been a part time home for me for several years. I enjoy traveling, out door activities and art. I have been a very busy working Realtor/Investor for several years. I have 3 beautiful daughters who are all very artistic and talented. We love traveling here to relax and enjoy the desert.

Why they chose this property

We chose this house because of the location! The view is spectacular! This home has a nice floor plan! It's very comfortable and tranquil. We come here to relax. Our kids love this house! The especially love playing pool and ping pong in the game room while watching a movie.

What makes this property unique

It is really important to me to have a lovely or unique setting when we travel. This house is tucked away from all the noise and sits on a little hill with stunning views of the sunsets! I love waking up drinking coffee listening to the birds chirping while enjoying the view! It just makes my vacation perfect! When I come here I don't ever want to leave. The front porch has breathtaking views also! Especially during the Monsoon season! The sky changes every night! Play in the "Man Cave"! Pool, ping pong, darts, bar! Nice warm electric fireplace to keep you warm all night! The home is very calm and relaxing. It's a great place to hang out to build memories and if you need to get rid of work stress. Come here and relax.....You will love the cool colors!
I recently added EERO wifi to have the best connection for my guests! We enjoy using the Smart TV's. You can log into any of your programs! j
