Charming, clean old country home in the heart of the Bluegrass. Minutes away from Lexington as well as Keeneland, LEX airport and UK. Two story home with 4 bedrooms furnished with high quality mattresses for good night sleep. Eat in kitchen. Five flat screen TVs throughout Home with WiFi connection. Spacious comfortable living room and family room for relaxation. Laundry room, large fenced yard, alarm system, and 1 1/2 bath. Quiet street on edge of town.

2 bedrooms and 1/2 bath located upstairs.

2 bedrooms and full bath on main floor.

Cozy Nicholasville Charm

Nice house!

Had a ‘girls weekend’ with some friends. The house was very nice! Plenty of rooms, the kitchen is small for 4 people, but we made it work! We liked that it was central to Bourbon distilleries, but close to Lexington.

Friends’ Reunion

Great house for a friends’ get together. The house was very clean and well appointed with anything you would need. Nice, large backyard. The kitchen was big with all necessities available. Large TVs in all rooms. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend.

Great home, great location

Beautiful, clean home. Very beautiful big backyard for the kids to run and play! Great location, just minutes from downtown to shop and eat, would definitely recommend to others and stay again.
