The garage provides one parking space & one additional spot in the driveway: The property and host can accommodate the parking of up to 2 (two) privately-owned or rented non-commercial vehicles up to the size of 4,000 lbs. in gross weight, one in the garage and one on the concrete driveway. The equivalent of 2 cars, under ½ ton pickup trucks, crossovers, SUVs, private family vans, or any combination thereof. No parking and no driving is allowed on the landscaping, which consists of stone zero-scaping.
