Ranch style 4/2 house on one level with 5 beds. It has a huge screened, heated, and private pool located in a large and fenced backyard. On the patio there is a gas grill with an outdoor table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a new washing machine and dryer. The air conditioner has been recently updated as well. All 4 bedrooms have dressers and large closets, ceiling fans, and smart TVs. The house has fast WiFi and cable TV.

The home is very centrally located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. It is close to I-95, a large family friendly park with basketball courts, a lake, and picnic areas, and is only 3 miles from Hollywood beach! There are shopping areas, grocery stores, and restaurants within a short drive. Downtown Hollywood is less than 10 minutes away and has many restaurants and shops to explore. The neighborhood is exceptionally safe and quiet, one of the best residential areas of South Florida. The house is located close to public transit.

A car is recommended, as shops and restaurants are close by but not walking distance. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked on the driveway. City regulations do not allow for any street parking in the neighborhood.

The home has an electronic lock for the main door.

Beautiful home

Yana and Igor have been residents of Florida since 2000 and hosts for guests since 2015. Igor is a semi-retired jeweler. Yana has a love of languages and traveling the world. They are currently traveling to visit their newborn granddaughter.

Why they chose this property

Our family has lived in the neighborhood for more than 20 years. It is quiet, safe, and is a very central location close to the beach, downtown, lots of restaurants, shops, and TY park which has a lake and kids water park. It's family friendly and also close to the highway so is great for people working nearby.

What makes this property unique

This is a great, private home located in a good neighborhood. It's best amenity is the enormous heated pool with a fully screened in-patio. The house is comfortably furnished with TVs in every room, fast WiFi, and a well stocked kitchen.
