Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Everything broken must be replaced by new item with same standard - If not replaced we will fixe it and send the bill to the renters
- There is standard to be paid 60 euro pr. apartment for cleaning
- Booking must be made no closer than 5 days prior to arrival

We come from Denmark and bought the house for very many years ago. At that time Moraira was just a small fishing village, so we have followed developments closely We comes so often in the house as we can, but it is unfortunately too little - Thats why we rent the house out

Why Hans Jørn Vive chose Moravit
After having been on holiday in the area, sometimes with friends, we got the opportunity to buy our own house - Which we have never regretted Moraira is just a lovely town, here are obviously many tourists, but it is in a pleasant way, so it has not been to a lot of industry. This means among other things that there is much emphasis on quality, ie really fine restaurants, cleaning of beaches every night and fine parking facilities in the center
What makes this Villa unique
Our house has of course all the things that should be in a rental house, ie swimming pool, air conditioning, barbecue area and wifi. But we also have a very large private plot, a beautiful garden and opportunity that can park up to 4 cars. Compared to rental so we distinguish ourselves by our house is divided into 2 apartments, each with room for 4 people.
