Villa comprises: 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs), a bathroom and a toilet at each level + 1 WC outside. A large living / dining room with TV FullHD LCD, DVD player; fully equipped kitchen (Combined Réfrigérateut / freezer), Oven, mixed burners, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and accessories; A large terrace + solarium of 45m2 with sea view in the shelter from observation; it is equipped with a Weber gas barbecue, fridge, table, chair, sofa ... Outside is a table with extension with 6 chairs, a barbecue in 'hard' coal. Garden and terraces lit dinner to the evening.

For the 1st floor access from the outside is possible. No disabled access. Pets are not allowed.
