Wonderful studio style apartment on the Roanoke sound. 850 sq. ft. Spacious bedroom and living area with modern, efficiency style kitchenette. Queen size bed. Full bath with tub, shower, and bidet. Large walk in closet with washer and dryer. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, central heat/AC, gas fireplace, and FireTV. Nicely equipped kitchenette includes small refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Eating area comfortably seats two adults. Outdoor gas grill. Waterfront deck access with gorgeous views. Ideal space for vacationing adults 25 years and older. No pets please. The apartment has a separate and dedicated entrance with guest parking. Excellent couples getaway.
The apartment is extremely private, however I am always available and more than happy to answer questions or make recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc.

Relaxing stay in Manteo

We needed a 1 night stay at the Outer Banks before our week rental the next day and we love Manteo so chose this listing. The apartment was in a beautiful and private location near the water. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable bed, and had everything we needed. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. All in all, a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Labor Day getaway

Last minute decision to head to the OBX for Labor Day. First time staying in Manteo vs Nags Head. Very nice apartment with washer/dryer for visitors and a very affectionate cat named Scarlet to greet you coming and going.

Lovely, private and homey

My husband and I stayed for one night during a weekend getaway to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, with the exception of the bed. It looked lovely but was not as firm as we are used to. The frog apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, and very quiet and private. It was the perfect place to enjoy some alone time together. Host was excellent in her communication of all details in advance.
