Beachfront Penthouse Apartment - Los Lances

Wonderful 2-bedroom beachfront penthouse apartment with beautiful terrace (protected from levante wind) and an amazing ocean and beach view of the Atlantic Ocean and Morocco. Top of the building, windows in all directions, overlooking Los Lances beach. Superbly located in front of the beach, with beach bars & cafés just around the corner and a 5 min walk into old town. Fiber WI-FI, TV, dish washer, washing machine, low-noise cool-air fans Swimming-pool, parking, baby cot and high chair (on request).

The Apartment
Located on the top floor and with windows in every direction, there is always a gentle breeze and fresh air in the apartment, even on hot summer days. 2 separate bedrooms (2 single beds in each bedroom) with modern, low-noise cool-air fans (rarely necessary) and mosquito screen nets for each windows in case of mosquitos. Living room leading onto the terrace overlooking the beach. Living room has a comfy fold-out sofa bed for up to 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, juice maker, water boiler, toaster), including integrated washing machine and dish washer. Dining table, plus outdoor table on the terrace. Optical fiber internet WI-FI, Smart-TV and Wi-fi/Spotify Connect/Bluetooth speakers for playing music from your smartphone, smart device and/or computer.

The Terrace
Wonderful terrace with one of the best views in Tarifa, overlooking Morocco, the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the sand dunes and the mountains in Punta Paloma. The beach is just in front you, less than 100 meters away. The perfect place to enjoy the sunset every evening.

The Community
The apartment complex has a private pool for residents (one of the nicest in Tarifa, open June to Sept). Perfect for families/children or just for relaxing. There is a big public car parking at the back of the building, as well as in front of the building, by the beach.

The Surroundings
There is a great selection of restaurants/cafes just around the corner, 3 min walk. In a 5-10 min walk you will reach the authentic old town (casco antiguo) where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and a vibrant Spanish nightlife. Several supermarkets are conveniently located within 3-4 min walking distance.

Wonderful view

We had a great stay in the apartment and the view from the big terrace was just wonderful. Even when there were strong winds we were sheltered on the terrace and enjoyed watching the waves. Everything (town, beach, stores) was easily accessible by foot, and the pool was an added bonus for the kids. David was a great host. Thank you David! We look forward to coming back!

Really enjoyed our stay

We rented the apartment for a short surf vacation. Perfect location for surfing in the low season. Near the beach and the (old) town. The apartment was a little smaller than the pictures shows but was not a problem for 3 persons. We slept on the beds really well only there were lots of mosquitos. It should help to put some fly mesh in front of the window. Swimming pool was officially closed but used it once and it was very clean en warm. We will come back in Tarifa en will definitely consider this apartment.
