About this property

Original renovated Ibicencan house with swimmingpool for 8 near San Jose

This beautiful 100 year old original finca with its wood beam roofs and shaded terraces is set in the woodlands just 2Km outside the bohemian village of San Jose where you will find most of what you may need, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants.

The main house has one large master bedroom with en suite shower room and a smaller bedroom with a separate shower room next door. Both rooms lead on to the large lounge area with chimney.

The kitchen is very spacious and has all the modern amenities, dish washer, washing machine, induction hob, kettle, microwave, oven etc..

The guest house also has 2 bed rooms each with their own shower room is next to the pool 7m x 3m and great chill out area. Attached to the main house is the original shaded terrace with a large table so that you can sit outside to enjoy your meals whilst over looking the garden.

There is also a sofa and 2 arm chairs under the terrace to lounge around during siesta time or on the other hand you could use the chill out which can comfortably seat 8 people and over looks the swimming pool and back gardens.

The stereo system is in the lounge but you have speakers in every room that are controlled individually as on the terrace and chill out.

Gated and paved car park with easy access for at least three cars.

Ibiza town and the airport are 15 mins drive away and the best beaches are just 10 mins by car.

June to end of September we only accept bookings Starting and ending on Saturday.

Over all cleanliness of the house was really poor as was the kitchen utensils. We were left enough washing up liquid to clean around 3 or 4 plates wich also was in a sauce bottle absolute cheek we were asked to buy the expensive dish washer tablets when there was the cheapest ones already there. Came across as though it's all about the money with no thought for the guests. We were also told that the power can cut out at times (wich we didn't know before arrival) and that if this happens we were to WhatsApp landlord to wich my partner replied what about in emergency to wich we were told to WhatsApp wich is ridiculous. We felt landlord was very condescending not good at all

Idyllic Summer Home
This gorgeous property located near the town of San Jose was the perfect place for our family holiday. The host - Paul - was very accommodating and helpful. Having had cancelled flights that arrived late, he was incredibly flexible about check in which made the start of our stay easy. The house has a beautiful pool and gazebo to relax in during the day, when you’re not visiting the beautiful nearby beaches. There is a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, along with an excellent barbecue. Overall this is a stunning villa with a gracious host and fully intend to return.
