Enjoy fully equipped kitchen, entertainment room, big screen TV, DVD, and surround system. The open, airy living room includes huge windows and a grandfather clock. The house has 2 zone heating system as well as 2 gas fireplaces. Pristine mountain brook lies across the road. There is no need for a 4WD car. Enjoy easy access in any weather. The home is only 1 mile away from Lake Sunapee and 4 miles from Sunapee Ski Resort. It is also within easy driving distance from New England's major metropolitan areas and close to all New Hampshire and Vermont attractions.

Lovely Sunapee stay

We had a great time in Sunapee and the house was perfect for what we needed. Very cozy and ask the kitchen amenities we needed. We will be back!

Perfect Ski Trip

The proximity to the mountain was perfect for our ski adventure! Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Sunapee.

Winter getaway

Perfect for our ski trip to Mount Sunapee! House was space and clean. Conveniently located close to the mountain and lake. Quick drive to new London for groceries and restaurants. Would stay again!
