Nice 4 bedroom 3 bath home on second row with nice view of Ocean. House has two living areas - one upstairs and one down . Short walk to beach via beach walkover. Seven blocks from downtown Folly Beach, and less than 10 miles from downtown Charleston.

Can’t wait to come back!

My friends and family have been staying at this lovely beach house since 2017. Everything about it is perfect for us, the location, the large roomy 4 bedroom house and well equipped kitchen. Jimmy, the owner is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We cannot wait to come back this Fall!

Thanksgiving

Spent two weeks, great location and Jimmy (owner) was awesome. We did have an appliance issue which was rectified immediately. Plenty of room for family of six, fenced in yard was great for dog. Great beach access and beach gear. It could use a thorough/deep cleaning and then we would definitely go back.

Very convenient location

Enjoyed our stay and it’s closeness to the beach. The front porch was my favorite place to have coffee.

Great Porch & location

Great location, front porch was perfect for relaxing and listening to the ocean. Very dog friendly, our dogs had a great time and spent most of their time on the porch watching the world go by.

I would say the two best features are the front porch, and the fact that there are two separate living areas, allowing multi generational families two spaces to congregate.
