Welcome to Aqua Breeze located in the Sugar Beach complex located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! We love that the SUGAR BEACH complex was designed with family in mind. It features a total of 4 pools! Yes, four! TWO of the pools are beach front, PLUS a KIDDIE POOL where the little ones can play. Yes, POOLSIDE RESTROOMS are provided for your convenience! One of the pools is HEATED to 85 degrees for the cooler months. The fourth pool is the COURTYARD pool! Our balcony overlooks the courtyard pool, perfect for keeping an eye on your family from up in the room. That's not all! On the same level as the courtyard pool is a huge SUN DECK that has breathtaking BEACH VIEWS, a TENNIS COURT, and SHUFFLEBOARD! There is still more... POOL SIDE SNACK BAR! The SUGAR SHACK offers LIGHT MEALS, BEVERAGES, and even COCKTAILS for our guests who are over 21 (while in season). Other amenities include COVERED FIRST FLOOR PARKING, SECURITY AT ENTRY GATE, 3 GAZEBOS, COVERED HALLWAYS TO THE UNITS, BBQ GRILLING AREA, PICNIC TABLES, 2 ELEVATORS-one close to our unit, and FREE WIFI.

Once you enter our unit the hall opens up to the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN that features GRANITE counter tops, and a BREAKFAST BAR that seats four. There is a stacked WASHER/DRYER in the unit. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room has a SLEEPER SOFA to sleep 2 guests and a FLAT SCREEN TV. Glass BALCONY doors in the living room open up to the large balcony that overlooks the COURTYARD POOL, glimpses of the beautiful BEACH view, and sight lines of the TENNIS COURT.
Located in the hall is a FULL bathroom with a tile TUB/SHOWER and GRANITE counter tops. The GUEST bedroom features a QUEEN size bed, DRESSER and flat screen TV. The MASTER BEDROOM also features a QUEEN size bed, CHEST, WALK-IN CLOSET, EN SUITE, and BALCONY access. The EN SUITE has a TILE shower stall and GRANITE counter tops.

**Please note: Parking pass is required and can be purchased from the guard gate (cash only) at $35 per vehicle, for the length of your stay. ATM is located across the street

*Bring your bikes! The entrance to the 12-mile paved bike trail through the wetlands of ORANGE BEACH is right across the street. You may also rent bikes at the entrance!

Nice condo

The condo was clean and tidy. We have stayed at Sugar Beach for over 20 years. This particular condo was nice--I particularly liked the master bathroom's tiled shower. What I didn't like was the dryer's vent being blown back into the room, which made it hot and humid. It needs to be vented correctly, outside. Also, I am sad to say that the actual condo property (the building) looked junkier than normal. The elevator was out the entire week. The second elevator was mostly running. There was rotted drywall and other trash thrown in a stairwell on the northwest corner of the property. The fencing around the pool needs repair/ maintenance. It appears that regular updates are not happening as they have over the two decades we have stayed there. I am hopeful this summer will be a time or repair and updates.

Happy Place!

This is the PERFECT condo for a medium sized family ranging from age 42 down to 1 year! We stayed here for a few days after a Disney vacation. PERFECT is an understatement! Clean, quite, comfortable and very pretty! Close to the elevator and beach entrance! The owners were exceptional with communication through text message!! Check on us to make sure we were checked in and comfy the first night! We will ALWAYS choose this condo for our vacations at Orange Beach!!

Good and not good

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The guest bedroom was some what claustrophobic with no windows. WiFi was not great. The building it is located in is a bit run down with dingy hallways and some strange smells. Pools were nice, the beach was beautiful. Owners were easy to deal with.

Aqua Breeze at Sugar Beach October 2023

We loved the location, beach view and property amenities. The condo was charming and exactly as described. Bedding and living area were very comfortable. Bathrooms were just the right size. Everything was so clean and easy to use. The property was slightly dated and could use some sprucing up, but that didn't foil our vacation.
