What makes this Condo unique
Seaside at Anastasia is a great condo! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just steps away from the beach, fishing pier, splash park, restaurants, shopping and activities.

Was charged $35 extra for a pool key that I did not use or lose. That was the disappointing part of the trip as well as staying on the third floor.
For those reading this review... this reviewer told us that his guest drove off with the pool pass. He offered us no remedy to get it back. In order for future guests to have a full complement of passes we purchased a new one and passed the replacement fee on to him. This is a GREAT condo at a great price so please don't let a retaliation review due to a guest not returning property, affect booking this condo. I feel very sorry for the property owner. We can clearly see he/she takes great care of the apartment. It is clean, well maintained, closed to the beach...just like the ad. Unfortunately his/her choice of a questionable company to administer the property spoiled our experience. First Choice FL Vacation Rentals, LLC lacked basic customer service and tact to resolve a simple situation. We spent 6 nights at the property (a lot of money if you multiply by the daily rate). Yet they chose to nickel and dime us and bill me for alleged missing pool passes. Even though I wrote the company informing that there was a confusion...that we were only given 4 passes, not the 6 they thought they did. The property manager basically called me a liar and stated her “right” to charge the fee as it is written in the contract. That’s fine...this family will find other places to spend our vacation weeks. I hope other families do the same.
You’ve been warned...just do yourself a favor and pick another apartment in the same complex which is administered by another company. There are hundreds of options.
Sorry you felt you needed to leave us a negative review. It all stems from being charged for lost pool passes. We inventory all our passes when you pick up your welcome packet at our office and is based on the number of guests. "She" never called you a liar, however she knew there was six passes as she personally put them in your welcome packet and this was verified by another individual. You did send us an email the night before your departure to say you only received four passes. If you hadn't lost two passes why did you wait seven days to report the discrepancy? We charge for replacing the passes because the condo association charges us. Regardless of who you rent from you will be held accountable for the loss of any of the registered passes.
Loved the property! Great location to beach and restaurants.
Nice comfortable place
Easy, comfortable and as-expected. They made the check in process simple too. Aerial pic made it appear closer to the beach, but it was still only a six or eight minute walk to get to the sand, so it was not a problem.

More than enough space.
This condo is just as described. It would have been nice to know that the complex was located across the street from the beach. I was hoping for beach front. Other than that, the location is really good, easy to find and to get in and out of. Close to restaurants and the beach. The only thing I wish was different, is the thermostat is preprogramed and can be adjusted for a few hours then reverts back to its program.
