A very comfortable apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfect for us- very spacious with a well equipped kitchen in a nice quiet building. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and commercial and not touristy, but with easy access to metro and buses. A variety of stores are close-by and the open air market was a great place to shop for fresh produce twice a week. Dealing with Jean-Francois was a pleasure and we found him to be very responsive. We were there for almost 2 months and felt very comfortable and sorry to leave.

A homey place to stay

This lovely, affordable, 2-bedroom apartment was exactly as described and photographed. It is perfect for our family of six. The apartment is very clean and well-maintained. The owners thought of everything a visitor/family would need during their stay. The apartment is centrally located near shops, restaurants, churches, and an open-air market that operates on Wednesdays and Sundays (fresh fruits, fish, meats, cheeses). Most of all, it is very close to line 10 on the Metro!! We definitely recommend this apartment for anyone planning a trip to Paris!

Very nice apartment, great location

This apartment is very well appointed, with a nice and sizable kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a very nice living area. Our family of five easily fit. The location is excellent - it's a residential street in the 15th, but walk 2 mins and you are in restaurants/shopping etc. Jean Francois was helpful and friendly to deal with. Would recommend staying here to anyone considering a visit to Paris.

Comfortable and Convenient

Apartment Zola is a great place to stay in Paris. It is only steps away from the Avenue Emile Zola stop on the number 10 Metro line, and located in a great Parisian neighborhood with plenty of shopping and dining within short walking distance. The apartment was comfortable for our family of six (including two under seven years old) and would be plenty spacious for four or five older children and adults. Large sliding doors on either end of the apartment keep it bright and let cross-breezes in to keep the apartment cool.

For those choosing to make their own meals, the neighborhood has several bakeries, fruit and vegetable vendors, and a Carrefour market all within a five-minute walk of the front door. The kitchen was adequately equipped to make full meals, with a three-burner stove, conventional oven and microwave, all of recent vintage.

Apartment management was responsive and accommodating of our travel needs, allowing us to drop off luggage early.

beautiful apartment in great area

My family and I (4) stayed in the property during our holidays and we all enjoyed . It was quite convenient. All the attractions, shopping mall and fantastic restaurants are at walking distance. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was like an another home with all the necessary appliances. It is a typical french apartment with its high ceilings. We love it. I would certainly recomment it to friends and relatives. We shall be coming back soon.

Bom espaço. Apesar de 2 quartos consegue acolher confortavelmente 3 casais. Único problema é ter apenas 1 banheiro (algo difícil de ser diferente em outros apartamentos em Paris). O fato da chuveiro e sanitário estarem em locais distintos facilita muito.

Proprietário excelente, atencioso e muito prestativo. Tudo muito fácil e muito bem explicado. Localização ótima, na entrada há uma estação de metrô.

Motte Picquet Grenelle area is a quiet district in the heart of Paris West (PARIS15) , making it easy to reach the main sights and shopping area at walking distance or with public transportation.

The district 15 is one of the most beautiiful neighborhood , inhabited by real Parisians people. This area offer delicious looking delicatessens, restaurant and cafés with large terraces. Despite being right near Eiffel Tower, rue du COMMERCE retains its village atmosphere in the hearth of PARIS
