Built in 1999 on an acre of land with great amenities nearby it's a wonderful break from the city with plenty to do inside and out. Just 40 miles to Breckenridge via the much less busy highway 285! There's an 18 hole frisbee golf course just a 10 minute drive away that's just for residents and their guests so very private!

My cabin has a digital touchpad for 24/7 access, Smart Thermostat, Smart Porchlight & LED lighting for late arrivals, Alexa, and much more ! 2 Bedrooms plus a loft featuring 3 queen beds, 1 double bed/futon, and a hammock!

This space is truly unique, it's a D style log cabin (flat on the inside and rounded on the outside like the letter D), 18 foot cathedral ceilings, unique door handles, tongue & groove pine throughout the majority of the cabin, blackout curtains in the bedrooms and behind the main entertainment center.

It also has a 900 foot deep private well that provides delicious, 100% contaminant free water year round. The whole home has a filtration system and the kitchen sink has a triple filtration system built in as well for added filtering.

Indian Mountain has several hundred acres for recreation including a private 18 hole frisbee/disc golf course, 9 hole brush golf course, horseshoe pit, hiking trails and much more. There are two other frisbee golf courses in the area, one in Fairplay called Two Mile High Disc Golf Course and the other is by Lake George called Lions Den.

Dozens of items and activities to do have been provided such as:
