Direct access from airport, within reach of public transports, cinemas, restaurants, museums, opera, shopping areas and la “Gare Centrale”. Secured neighbourhood, public car park 300 meters away.

House rules : Quotes include cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay, taxes, wifi and check-in/out at the apartment. Extra cost of 40€ if check-in/out canncelled without warning 20 minutes in advance.

What makes this apartment unique

Right in the center of Brussels, ideal to visit the town and have a confortable rest after a long walking day. Air conditioning, open fire, elevator, large terrace, lots of space and light. But we are also very close to many exhibition and conference centers : le "Mont des Arts", "Tour&Taxis", European Parlement...

Could be perfect.

Plenty of space, best location, lovely terrace. However, terrace door locked- management came and locks were broke- opened fire escape door for us but on last day. No firewood offered anymore- told grocery store- no wood. Electricity went out 3 times. Flat was dirty- crumbs on table, bathroom was gross-hair clumps in shower and dirty counters. When informed they said they would bring it up with cleaning staff. Nothing done to fix. Listing showed hair dryer- none there. This could be great and we would love to stay again but it needs a bit more love.

Nice, but service could be better

The location is great. The kids loved that the elevator opened right into the unit. The apartment is mostly comfortable. The front toilet room is a bit claustrophobic. The toilets had some trouble flushing. We had a problem with sinks and showers draining, but the management company took care of it right away. However, they lack a bit in some service areas. For example, the coffee pot was not what was described in the household manual. It was one that took pods which were not in the apartment. They were unable to provide something else. We tried buying pods, but they were the wrong size. A heads up about what size to buy would have been nice. We also had two days without Wi-Fi and no communication from them that there was a problem or when it would be fixed.

Lovely Brussels apartment for 3 couples ideally located for central Brussels

Beautiful apartment for 3 couples. Ideal location for central Brussels - Grand Place a few minutes walk - ready walking access to many bars and restaurants and central tourist attractions such as the art galleries. Central but beautifully quiet and spacious for an enjoyable stay. Well equipped.

We loved this penthouse!

The apartment was perfect for three couples, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open floor plan was roomy and comfortable. Plus, we enjoyed using the private deck. The location couldn't have been better, two blocks off the Grand Place. Minthia was professional, responsive and a joy to work with. All six of us agree, we would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, well appointed apartment in great location

We chose this apartment for our family of 5 when we stayed in Brussels a few days in August. The apartment was everything it claimed and we received excellent service and response to all of our needs and questions. Minthia, the property manager, was very helpful providing a map of local sites and shops, was clear in her communications, and promptly refunded our deposit at the conclusion of our stay.

The building was quiet, the beds very comfortable and all of the furnishings in great shape - the large sectional sofa and terrace were welcome spaces to relax at the end of the day. Towels and bed linens were all clean and appeared like new.

The property was conviently located just a block or so from the old pedestrian city center, and with about a mile walk or taxi drive to the Midi train station, you can take a very affordable high speed train to Paris for the day. There is a parking garage a couple blocks away where you can leave your vehicle during your stay.

Overall we would look forward to going back to Brussels and I highly recommend this apartment and Minthia for your stay.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location!!

We had a long term stay at this apartment, and could not have been happier with the service from Minthia and the rest of her staff. The apartment is gorgeous, very large, well proportioned, filled with light and perfect for a family or large group. The location could not be beat, and the apartment has everything you could possibly ask for. A true gem - it would be hard find anything better in Brussels. We will definitely return!
