Building amenities include: swimming pool, fully equipped gym, spa(by appointment) and Tikki bar open 7 days a week, as well as a restaurant open on weekends from 8, am to1pm

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, as well as coffee machine, and kettle. Each bathroom includes toiletries, hairdryers, and towels. Separate convenience items such as iron and Ironing Board, Alarm Clock, Digital Satellite TV are added perks.
