About The Owner

Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Historic District

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.

It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this condo unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our

condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.

The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

awesome condo in the heart of Annapolis

  • 5 of 5

we were in Annapolis for 4 days...dropping our daughter off at the Naval Academy to begin plebe summer! We rented a car but didn't really need it as we walked everywhere. it was super convenient to be so close the the Academy. we are a family of 4 and didn't need 3 bedrooms but the space was great...nice living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything, cute deck where you could see the capital. wifi worked great. excellent communication with owner. we would definitely stay again!

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Annapolis! We loved the location and the house was super cute. The owners were very nice and communicated well. I would suggest not bringing a car- parking in Annapolis is not great and can be expensive. We used Uber to get to/from the airport and you can walk everywhere in downtown Annapolis!

Charming Condo in great location

  • 5 of 5

This charming condo is in a great location for easy access to USNA or downtown Annapolis. We stayed during Commissioning Week 2018 and had easy walks to all the activities on the yard, restaurants and the staduim (just over 1 mile). We did not rent a car and never missed having one to park or fight traffic. We did utilize a parking pass for our mid's vehicle.

Pros: Location! Also, plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen has enough room and amenities to cook simple meals. Good wi-fi connections. Roomy deck. Comfortable furniture/beds. Quiet even though it is in the middle of downtown. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions.

Cons: Steep stairs to access condo (not a problem for us but might be for others when bringing in luggage). A few areas need some deep cleaning and repairs. Although, it was not so bad that we would not come back -just some leaky faucets and mold & mildew in baths.
