Brand new, the "Kennedy" studio in Cagnes sur Mer has been completely refurbished (kitchen, bathroom, furniture), it is ideally located for enjoying the beach, events at the racetrack and for visiting the coast d'Azur without vehicle in any season (public transport nearby).

The studio is located on the 4th floor (out of 5) of a building (with elevator) on boulevard Kennedy. It faces due west and has a small balcony from where you can enjoy the 180 ° panoramic view of the sea, the racecourse, the mountains and the Haut de Cagnes castle.

You will find all the comforts to feel at home for an unforgettable stay on the French Riviera.

Studio sympa

Studio climatisé - agréable pour 2 personnes - belle vue sur mer/hippodrome/Haut-de-cagnes. Bien équipé - bonne literie. Proche de tous commerces : boulangerie (Le petit cagnois, très bons produits)/restaurants Un grand supermarché se trouve à Villeneuve-Loubet (5 minutes en voiture) Place de parking à proximité 10 minutes de la gare à pied A quelques minutes de la plage à galet 20 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la gare routière ou au marché au Cros-de-Cagnes. Le studio se trouve en face d'un boulevard très fréquenté en journée, mais la nuit, le boulevard est plus calme. La propriétaire très sympathique.

A great experience, perfect location

It was great dealing with Mme Dubois. The apartment is as described, 100 feet away from the beach, the bus to Nice stops in front of the door as well as the free shuttle to the beach if you want to go to a different beach or to town. We have been welcomed by Mme Mendez who was incredibly kind and professional, she went out of her way to accommodate my niece and her friend. She shared great tips and had the bathroom ready with soap and toilet paper, a very attentionate gesture! Overall a great stay, with beautiful views from the balcony (Beach,mountains, hippodrome and town) as well as up to date amenities. I can only recommend this place . Thank you very much Mme Mendez for the lovely welcome!
