To facilitate our mail exchanges and your welcome, and to optimize your stay with us, please read our entire advertisement. We only accept guests who speak or understand a little French, thank you for your understanding.

Enjoy a breathtaking view, a large 30m2 corner terrace facing the sea with an endless view, the pleasure of being directly on the beach and enjoy your vacation at Le Grau du Roi , in this spacious apartment of approximately 75m2 consisting of a large living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and 2 bedrooms with small private terraces.
The crossing apartment is located in a luxury residence with caretaker, direct access to the beach, closed and secure private parking. It is fully equipped with TV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, and American fridge.
The large terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea will allow you to take your meals in peace, you are directly on the Grau du Roi beach and the noise of cars will not disturb your desires for calm while being 5 minutes walk from all shops.
In short, a place ideally placed for adults and children;)

Einzigartige Ferienwohnung und Umgebung
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Als ehemalige Weltumsegler hat uns der maritime Flair total begeistert. Die Einrichtung und das Inventar sind einfach mehr als vollständig !!! ****** Trotz 3 Tagen Mistral haben wir jeden Tag genossen Die Lage, die Aussicht, das Städtchen alles ist einfach sehr schön Christine und Christiane haben alles für uns getan ( trotz unserem schlechten französisch) Die Wohnungsübegabe war perfekt.

Top Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht
Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Wohnung hat alles für eine entspannte Ferienwoche. Aussergewöhnliche Aussicht auf das Meer und Le Grau de Roi. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen wieder.
