Luxury open plan apartment, ensuite bathrooms to both bedrooms, pool, parking
The Master Bedroom is very large and spacious and has its own ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and double hand basins. There is plenty of hanging space and a dressing table. Lying in bed you will be able to see the amazing views facing out over the Med. The Twin bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Both are very spacious rooms. There is a good amount of hanging space. We supply towels and bathmats and professionally laundered cotton sheets. A hair-dryer is provided along with ironing board and Iron.
Pool / Spa
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
Max guests: 4 (sleeps up to 4 adults)
Minimum age of primary renter: 8
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (e.g. countertops, light switches, handles and taps)
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC
Minimum one-day vacancy between guests’ stays

Originally from Yorkshire, I lived in London and worked in high end hospitality for 35 years and I am now retired and living in the Dordogne. I first fell in love with Mijas during visits to my uncle, who lived in the area for over 30 years. I first saw the apartment when it was a building site and loved the position and the fabulous views were really what sold it for me - I was the first person to move into the apartment when the block was opened in 2004. I enjoy renting out the apartment and get satisfaction from all the lovely comments from guests.
