This custom built and newly renovated lodge is one of a kind. In fact, it is the only establishment of its kind in the state of Arkansas. It is designed to provide a unique environment for meetings, corporate retreats and group or family outings. The layout is perfect for the individual needs of one group at a time, with comfortable overnight accommodations for 24-40 plus guests. The lodge is located on Greers Ferry Lake with easy access to lake activities. A designer golf course, one of the most challenging in the area, is located less than a mile down the road. This tranquil setting is the perfect place for making memories.

Perfect gathering place for large groups

This property was perfect for our annual multi-family trip! Space for everyone with entertainment options for days, good waterfront access, and both comfortably and beautifully furnished. You won't want for a thing in the amazingly stocked kitchen and linen closets! But my favorite place was outside on the back patio, especially in the evening with the string lights on and a fire in the firepit....absolute perfection!

Great place for a get-together

No issues at all. Very clean, up-to-date lodge with all the amenities you need and access to catering, if needed, as well. Would definitely book again.

Perfect in EVERY way!

We held a corporate meeting with 14 team members. Perfect place for a meeting and relaxation afterward. The decks, entertainment spaces and kitchen are all perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a long day.

We are the Damphousse family, and we welcome you to our Housse. It’s our family tradition to add the extra s to “house” because of our last name.  We are delighted that you are considering to stay here.

We found the lodge when we took our staff on a company retreat. We had such a wonderful experience and fell in love with the place. Since that time we have hosted our very large family, our college friends and kids, and hosted a wedding for a dear family friend. The property is so versatile. And there is nothing like having everyone under one roof to enjoy games, and community time.
