Séjour moyen

Avec un peu plus d'entretien cette maison pourrait être plus agréable pour les vacanciers. A revoir : la porte qui ne se ferme pas bien, le portail qui bloque presque à chaque fois, l'odeur désagréable de moisissure dans la chambre du fond et dans le cellier , la douche souvent bouchée, une impression de désordre de livres et de jeux à l'intérieur, la mauvaise fixation de la balançoire à deux places , les barreaux en bois de l'échelle cassent facilement sous le poids d'un enfant, la petite maison pour enfants en mauvais état , 2 transats sur 6 en décomposition et donc à changer. Des détails sans doute mais il faut penser à corriger pour que cette maison soit au top. Les points forts de cette maison sont le calme et la piscine propre.

Mooie villa met zwembad

Prima villa en lijkt erop dat alles recent gerenoveerd is. Alles werkt dus prima. Goede douche en bad en het zwembad erg ruim en schoon. Omgeving leuk en op loopafstand van allerlei winkels en supermarkt. Ongeveer half uur rijden naar zee.

Kindvriendelijk en praktisch huis

Wij hebben met ons gezin met twee jonge kinderen heerlijk genoten in dit huis. Ideaal was het hek om het zwembad en de grote mooie tuin. De communicatie met de huiseigenaar is perfect verlopen en het ontvangst en vertrek goed geregeld.
