One bedroom apartment with a spacious open plan living / dining area opening onto a south facing patio with a table and chairs. The bedroom sleeps 2 in twin beds which can be arranged as a large double bed. There is a safe for your valuables. The apartment is located in a tourist complex in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, within a couple of minutes walk there can be found bars, restaurants a supermarket and shops.

This terraced bungalow has a bedroom with twin beds that can be arranged to make one large double bed. There is a bathroom with bath /shower, washbasin, wc and washing machine. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining table and chairs, there is a sofa and smart tv with UK and satellite channels, dvd player and ipod dock/ radio and a south facing patio with table and chairs overlooking the harbour and the sea with Fuertoventura in the distance.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything you needed, including hair dryer which is a must for us ladies. The view from the balcony was beautiful looking over the harbour and further..

The pool was nice.. Not overcrowded. Could do with more comfortable sun beds though.

Will definatly consider staying in this apartment.

Basic but very clean in an exceptional area

If you are looking for a value for money property in central Puerto del Carmen this is the place to seriously consider. Although the apartment is fairly basic in terms of quality and decoration it is very clean and perfectly adequate to accommodate 2 people and 4 at a push. The apartment is situated right next to a very good supermarket, literally 1 minute away and we had no need to use the fridge in our apartment other than to keep drinks cool. When we needed food that day it was bought there and then, easy. The pool area is exceptional and very large, which we often had all to ourselves, even though it was in the school half term. Puerto old town is about a 5 minute walk down a hill which was easy and if need be a taxi could be used for the trip back ( 3 eurosish). Plenty of good restaurants and pubs within the old town and a brilliant Indian Restaurant next door to the complex. If required free internet was available at the pool bar and for a small fee ( think it was 20 euro/week) for your room.

All in all a very enjoyable stay with absolutely no complaints from us. Correspondence with the owner was good and immediate replies given. Instruction were clear and concise.

Taxi from airport was 18 euro to apartment and 15 euros back

Fantastic Location with Beautiful Views

I'm usually quite forgetful about leaving reviews but since I find them quite valuable when im property searching, it seemed silly not to!

I love this little apartment. I was first attracted to the beautiful sea views but there was so much more to enjoy....

No problems finding the apartment, brilliant and clear instructions from O Paul about location and getting in through the main gate.

The apartment itself clean, bright and comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for the odd occasion we did have a meal in with a good size fridge for storing a few drinks and provisions. The bathroom whilst on the small and slightly dated side does have an amazing shower, very powerful and perfect for cleansing and cooling off after the hot sticky days.

The bedroom was comfortable with a decent safe and wardrobe space. The only thing that would of made it perfect is having either a more powerful fan than the existing one or an air con unit as during the really hot spells the apartment, particularly the bedroom, did get really warm.

The communal pool area was lovely, clean, never overcrowded and the people we did speak to were extremely friendly.

Any communication with Paul was dealt with very efficiently both before and during our trip so we always felt we had someone to ask questions if we needed to.

The apartment is literally next door to a lovely English run pub that serves good grub and cheap beer. It's also on top off and opposite 2 small but well stocked supermarkets. For trips and excursions there's a booking office just down the hill a small way and the bus stop is just up the hill a small way.

The old town for bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk downhill to the right and the new town 'strip' just 10-15 minutes down and to the left. The Biosphera shopping centre is a 5 minute walk round the corner.

Fab fab fab location! I prefer being near the harbour but within reasonable walking / cheap taxi distance to everything else and this apartments delivers perfectly.

All of this and for a very reasonable price, it was everything I wanted for my 'last minute' sunny getaway and more..... I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Paul.

Excellent value for money

Had an good holiday in this clean, contemporary furnished apartment. The complex also was clean and very well maintained. The management provided friendly and helpful customer service.

Amazing view from balcony with harbour and many good restaurants within walking distance.

Supermarket within close proximity which we found extremely convenient.

Would not hesitate to return.

Fabulous apartment and good value!

This is the second time we have stayed on this complex and this apartment was far superior to the other one we stayed in, the view across the harbour to Fuerteventura was amazing, the apartment and complex was very clean and the apartment had lots of extra little touches, a fan in the bedroom, washing machine, ipod dock etc. The apartment was very well located near the harbour with some great restaurants, check out TJ's, the only Caribbean restaurant on the island for some tasty home cooked food, there are two supermarkets right outside and a nice beach and shops within walking distance.The pool was great in the heat of the day to cool off and we could get a cold drink from the pool bar, everyone was very friendly and we would certainly recommend a stay here, great value for what we paid, we've booked again for next year.
