Effective June 17, 2024 through September 13, 2024 the A building at Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Papakea A 206 has stunning unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and islands of Molokai and Lanai. You will sit on the second floor balcony 40 feet from the ocean and watch whales, turtles and dolphins. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and rainbows over the ocean. Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels) and jet spas, three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas, putting greens and cabanas that can accommodate up to 35 people. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.

Papakea A 206 is a newly remodeled studio condo with a split A/C system, ceiling fans and ocean breezes. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, range, garbage disposal and refrigerator with an ice maker. Entertainment includes a wall mounted flat screen television. WiFi is also provided. A 206 is furnished with tropical mahogany furniture (sustainably grown) and is decorated in Hawaiian decor with tile and wood flooring to make this condo feel cooler. There is a brand new King size bed looking out over the ocean and a twin aero-bed available for an additional guest.

The lanai has an outdoor dining table, two chairs and a chaise lounge. Take in the spectacular sunsets and then let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep from this direct ocean front condo. Come and relax and enjoy the aloha spirit in this inviting unit.

There's a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler's Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company.

Please note: Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
